The construction completion ceremony was held on November 29, 2009 at BOMESC yard by BOMESC and CNOOC as the client. The EPC contract was signed in February 2009, and site construction started on May 7, 2009. The Mechanical completion and system commissioning was finished and accepted by the client in November, 2009. And the load out was done successfully at 00:15 am December 18, 2009. The no LTI goal was achieved successfully for the overall performance of the project.
