Carry Out the Activity of ‘I contribute to BOMESC’s Benefit-increase and Cost-reduction’ Contest
In order to fully improve BOMESC’s operation management level ，continually promote BOMESC’s comprehensive strength, enhance the employees’ consciousness of energy –saving and cost-reducing, and to establish a thrift and reasonable consumption company culture, from the date of 15 March 2013 to the date of 15 October 2013, the activity of‘I contribute to BOMESC’s benefit -increase and cost-reduction’ contest that organized by the finance department will be held among all the employees. This contest will call the respective department’s employees to give reasonable advices or proposals in terms of reducing the production cost and improving economic returns or benefit.
The details are as below: How to avoid the HR or materials waste phenomenon existing among the management; Tell us the step in which cost could be reduced in the project or the department implementation and management; Tell us the unreasonable phenomenon which can lead to cost increase, and give advices on how to improve in the above aspect, and give us other advices on how to help spending- saving and benefit –increase. After this contest, BOMESC will honor, encourage and reward the department and employee giving outstanding reasonable advices.
