Lessons Learnt, Better Performance Expected
As an important part of the Company 2010 work plan, for the duration of January to April, 2010，7 departments including the Engineering, Construction, Business Development, Procurement QA/QC, HSE and the Management, launched the overall lessons learn and training program intensively and extensively against our recent performed works and projects. This program covers finance aspects, cost control, business practice, engineering software integration, procurement skill, construction efficiency, safety, QA/QC, HR and social security etc. The program also focused on the communication within the department and inter-departments, to achieve the goal of working as a team for better working efficiency and performance. The team members shared their valuable experience each another and discussed the lessons learnt together. Along with this program, the company’s managerial system, procedures and working requirement were upgraded, too. “Continuous Improvement” is the company culture of BOMESC. BOMESC team committed to better and better performance. Lessons learnt and better performance expected.
