2015 BOMESC Debriefing Conference of Managerial Personnel Successfully Convenes
According to the BOMESC Management Plan and Annual Work Requirements, 2015 BOMESC Debriefing Conference of Managerial Personnel is organized and launched during December 22, 2015 and January 16, 2016. There are totally 33 personnel who attend the debriefing including executive management team, manager and deputy-manager of each department and manager of each project.
Superintendent of each department reports annual management priorities to Company Executives, reports improving process and achievement obtained countering the management problems summarized in the previous year and makes a deployment plan for the direction of management department in 2016. The present personnel have a centralized discussion and put forward solutions for the problem happens during work involving multi-department and multi-project coordination, which defines the workspace of each department and each project efficiently and comprehensively. Meanwhile, the participants make a deployment for 2016 Management Plan, put forward management suggestions and define work requirements, ensuring the work of each department and each project could be carried out orderly and efficiently.
