New Employee Integration & Induction Training of 2015 Ended Successfully
In this hot summer, the company absorbed a group of enthusiastic and passionate graduates. For them, shifting from campus to society and changing from a student to an employee, it’s a new but long process. Therefore, the company carefully arranges a New Employee Integration & Induction Training for them, to help them rapidly integrate into the company and focus on their work.
The training was held successfully on July 15-17 in the Training Center of Lin’gang Fabrication Site. Totaling 22 management personnel, including senior executives, department directors, etc., attended the training. The trainers introduced the production model, safety goals, business policies and long-term planning of the company in a systematical and interesting manner, to make them have a comprehensive understanding of the work they are going to do.
The last stage was the signing ceremony of the Mentors Guiding Interns. The Human Resources & Administration Department selected outstanding mentors and witnessed the signing of the Agreement of Mentors Guiding Interns, to formally start the one-year internship work.
As a proverb goes, as long as we insist our ambition and struggle for it, we will definitely realize it. After the three-day training, these graduates have basically transformed from a student to an employee. We believe these graduates will keep learning and maintain a strict attitude so as to fulfill their work well.
After the training, the Human Resources & Administration Department prepared a big dinner for these attendees, bringing a successful end.
