Training for Improving the Management Knowledge & Skills of Middle Management was completed successfully
Required by the management work, the Company organized the Training for Improving the Management Knowledge & Skills of Middle Management on May 15~16, covering the topics of professionalism, thought breakthrough, management role definition & change, and specific methods to improve skills. Totaling 53 people participated in the Training, including various department heads and supervisors. And, President Peng Wencheng also attended the Training and delivered a speech.
The Training systematically introduced the ability and thought middle management shall have, to help them break through the mindset and form a systematic, open and innovative thought. Moreover, it also facilitated new management personnel to rapidly complete role cognition & change, in order to carry out management work in a more professional and scientific manner. All trainees actively participated in the study and discussion. The atmosphere there was very warm and the training effect was quite obvious.
