In order to practice the salary incentive mechanism, build the sense of competition and motivate the enthusiasm and creativity of all staff, after recommendation and evaluation by VARIOUS departments, the Company finally determined 22 outstanding employees for the year of 2014, of whom 10 won the title of outstanding employee at a department level and 12 won the title of outstanding employee at a company level.

On December 11, the Company held the Commendation Meeting 2014 of Outstanding Employees in the Training Room in Lin’gang Site. There were totally about 100 people attending the Meeting, including main leaders in charge of various departments. The senior management awarded the certificates of merit and bonuses to the winners, and the representatives of outstanding employees spoke wonderfully at the Meeting. President Peng Wencheng delivered a speech and made congratulations to the winners. He made a summary on the work performance and management problems in 2014 and put forward higher standards and requirements on future work.
