Annual Management Work Meeting of 2014
On November 3, the Company held the Annual Management Work Meeting of 2014. Totaling 20 people attended the meeting, including senior management and department managers. The department managers explained their management ideas, reported key management jobs, disclosed problems in department management and proposed suggestions for improvement to the senior management.
The attendees had a hot discussion and planned the management work of 2015, i.e. focusing on implementing corrective measures and consolidating positive management results. Senior leaders should act as supervisors while department managers as executors, so as to assign each management problem to each person concerned and advance the work within the specified time according to nodes. It’s recommended that the department managers give full play of their management functions to ensure the management work goes on smoothly.
