New Employee Integration & Induction Training of 2014
According to the fresh graduate training plan of 2014, the Company arranged new employee induction training for the fresh postgraduates from Central South University, Northeast Petroleum University, Tianjin University of Technology and Dalian University of Technology on July 28-30, 2014.
Based on the characteristics of lessgraduates butheavier tasks this year, the Human Resources & Administration Department adjusted the training scheme,shortenedthe training time and adopted the mode of spot inspection combining with on-site visits. Department responsible persons in TEDA and Lingang Industrial Area led these graduates to systematically learn the functions, organizational structure and project roles of various departments and to further understand equipmentfunctions, machines and tools, production process and products under construction on construction sites, which made these fresh graduates havea visual and perceptual understanding of the production mode and production processof the ocean engineering industry, promoted them to convert their knowledge into practical skillsand also helped them quickly put their mind into project work.
According to the internship distribution, the Human Resources & Administration Departmentcarefullyselected outstanding mentors for these graduates and made them sign the Agreement of Mentors Guiding Interns, so as to launch a one-year internship. After the training course, the Human Resources & Administration Department prepared a big dinner, bringing a successful end to the training this year.
