In order to better implement the strategic plan for the development of talents, perfect the management echelon construction and security staff quality and ability of sustainable development, BOMESC HR & Admin Department has carried out 2014 University Enterprise Cooperation. HR supervisor, Mr. Sun Huafa, along as Training specialist, Mrs. Jia Yao, and recruiting specialist, Mrs. Xin Li, visited six universities, which include Dalian Maritime University, Dalian University of Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin Engineering University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Wuhan University of Technology. Focused on the major professionals that BOMESC requires, HR team has captured abundant information and understanding through conversation.  

Colleges gave high attention and close coordination to this visit. They have introduced school history, professional settings, scholarships, and research and development, which provide rich information and accurate starting point. 

This cooperation has opened up new prospects for both sides to find a new breakthrough for the diversity of forms of cooperation, and to provide a new possibility for the enterprises to realize the social responsibility.
