To Celebrate the Achievement of 4 Million Man Hours without LTI on PL19-3 II Phase LQ&EB Onshore Construction Project

　　With the endeavor of both BOMESC and subcontractors’ staff, the ConocoPhillips PL19-3LQ&EB onshore construction project which is contracted by BOMESC has achieved 4 million man hours without Lost Time Incidents (LTI) by January 2009. This achievement should thank to not only all the hard work and sense of responsibility of all BOMESC safety personnel but also the high value and full support from the high level management of the company from the very beginning. The accomplishment of 4 million man hours without LTI is a milestone marking that the safety work of BOMESC has reached a higher level. We know that the achievement today can not assure the safety tomorrow.This number is a periodic point as well as a new starting point. BOMESC will always seriously implement the policy of ‘Safety First, Precaution Crucial’ and prioritize safety to any other works .we will not only keep and continue this record but also take this achievement as a chance to further push the safe production responsibility system to make sure that everybody knows and cares safety and everybody plays the role of safety supervisor so that the safety management level of the whole company will step to the next level and make more splendent achievement which can therefore better serve the production of the company.
