BOMESC Offshore Engineering Company Limited and BHP Billiton jointly held a completion delivery ceremony for Jimblebar project offshore steel fabrication and pre-assembly at BOMESC Lingang yard on 22th Jan, 2013.The President of Bomesc Mr. Peng Wencheng, Chief Procurement officer of BHP BillitonMr. Dirk Van De Putte, and Mr. Michael Wortham, Vice President Projects, BHPBilliton, Iron Ore, together with FAST team and BOMESC PMT presented at the ceremony.

The Jimblebar Module Fabrication Contract’sproject design weight is about 17,000T and the module number is 130. BOMESC completed the work in 13 months with on time delivery, high quality and safety standard. At the ceremony BHP Billiton delivered BOMESC the appreciation letter and award of zero LTI in 3 million man- hours.
