On the day 23th and 24th October 2010, BOMESC management department organized an internal training course for the middle level leaders, the subject of which was “how to improve the executive ability and leadership”. BOMESC invited Professor Liu Tian, who is a famous expert on leadership and cultural management from Beijing Yizhong Management College. Up to 37 leaders from BOMESC attended this training course.

The overall training course took place in an intense, pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, 　during which every 　trainee was absorbed by the outstanding content and actively participated in the interaction activity. 　Through this training, ways to solve the doubt and suspect accumulated during usual working and learning were found. Efforts pay off; it’s believed that 　every trainee got benefit and inspiration from this training.

During the training course, as for the particular topic the lecturer proposed, 　President Peng organized a seminar between classes, and every trainee actively expressed their own opinions.

After the internal training came to an end, based on the company’s actual situation, 　President Peng made a speech for the training. It’s expected that the executive ability and leadership of the core management group can be improved through this 　training, 　which can also establish favorable foundation for the BOMESC’s sustainable development and continuous 　improvement.
