The holding of the Meeting conforms to relevant regulations stipulated in the Company Law and Articles of Association. The participating directors review and approve 2017 BOMESC Offshore Engineer Company Limited Semi-annual Report and Summary, 2017 BOMESC Offshore Engineer Company Limited Semi-annual Financial Reports and Special Reports on the Lodge and Actual Use of Raising Funds of BOMESC Offshore Engineer Company Limited by adopting on-site voting. The aforesaid three proposals form the board resolution.
