At 10 am, January 19, 2017, BOMESC Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd and Petrofac Petroleum Engineering Company held “Commencement Ceremony of KOC LFHOD Electrical Room Project” in structure workshop of BOMESC harbor factory. Representative of Petrofac Petroleum Engineering Company Mr. Liu Yong, vice-president of BOMESC Mr. Qiu Panfeng, assistant president & project manager Mr. Yang Ruishi and the group members attended the ceremony.

The Project is to build electrical equipment modules for Lowers Fars Heavy Oil Development Project in Northern Kuwait, which includes 24 electrical rooms in total. The Project covers design, process design, material procurement, land construction, acceptance and transportation to Kuwait site of the electrical rooms. The holding of commencement ceremony is a crucial milestone that marking the Project formally enters into construction stage.
