Constant improving of middle and senior managers’ management awareness and capability is the key to continuous development of the Company. To better adapt to Company’s development requirements and deal with issues in a more professional and efficient manner, the Company carries out special trainings titled Professionalism Cultivation of Middle and Senior Managers and HR Management of Non-Human Resource Manager from December 15 to 17. 

The training systematically expounds the management awareness and practical skills and leads the trainees to think through different forms such as group discussion and brainstorming, which realizes exchanges of management thinking and unity of management awareness, and the training achieves desired training effect. 

The training covers nearly 40 middle and senior managers from different departments of the Company, which unifies management thinking and direction, and realizes simultaneous training and improving of the managers.
