BOMESC Online Training Platform has gained high emphasis from leaders of each department and colleagues within half a year since its opening. They actively participate in the learning and improve skill level.

With adherence to the principle of just, fair and open, the Company take the time from January 1, 2016 to June 30 as statistical time to conduct appraisal on individuals and departments which actively participate in E-learning training and obtain excellent performance with platform learning statistics as appraisal basis. Totally 3 “Excellent Learning Organization” awards and 6 “Excellent Learning Model” are appraised. At 4 pm July 22, 2016 First-Half-Year Appraisal of BOMESC Online Training Platform is held on training room of Lingang No.6 Warehouse. Each department leader, administrative office director and representative employee of department present and attend this activity.
