This conference summarized the performance of BOMESC of this whole year, commended employees for their working achievements and established exemplary models of “learning for competence and strive to be excellence”. Through recommendation and selection by departments and review and announcement by BOMESC, totally 22 employees from different positions were confirmed to be chosen as 2015 BOMESC excellent staff.

January 6, BOMESC held commendation conference ceremoniously at the training classroom of harbor factory. Senior management team of BOMESC attended this commendation conference, announced recommended reasons of the excellent staff and awarded them with certificate and prize. Approximately 100 major leaders of each departments presented at the conference and witnessed the birth of 2015 BOMESC excellent staff. The excellent staff representative gave a wonderful lecture in the conference. Vice-president Qiu Panfeng made a speech and congratulated the excellent staff, besides he admired excellent performance of employees, each department and each project in 2015 and put forward job requirements for 2016.
