On November 17, the Company holds the 2016 Comprehensive Budget Kick-off Meeting. More than 30 people attend the Meeting, including senior management and department managers. First, the Finance Department introduces the comprehensive budget performance of 2015 and arranges the budgeting of 2016. And, various departments specify the budget utilization under their respective centralized management. Then, Hua Lanzhen, Vice-president & Chief Financial Officer, looks back the budget conditions of 2015, analyzes the shortcomings to be improved and raises specific requirements for the budgeting of 2016. Lastly, President Peng Wencheng recognizes the comprehensive budgeting of 2015 and puts forward a guideline of cherishing current achievements, insisting the striving spirit and improving enterprise competitiveness. In addition, he also calls on all staff to cope with the grave economic situation at present and make concerted efforts to maintain good budget management.
