The Training of Efficient Team Construction and Management
In order to improve the comprehensive strength of middle managers and enhance the team cohesion and sense of identity, the company held a two-day training named Efficient Team Construction and Management during April 10~11, 2015.
The Training covered the managers and deputy managers of 12 departments, totaling 21 people. Vice-president Peng Wenge delivered an opening speech. The trainer fully explained eight modules, including modern human resource management concept, team management, occupation concept, employee behaviors, professional attitude, effective communication, training & incentive and organizational management, and systematically introduced the competence system and key jobs of middle managers. All trainees obtained important management knowledge and abundant theoretic reserve for the management work in the future.
The Training was organized well. The discussion atmosphere was rigorous but active, and the training schedule was tight but reasonable. The company got the expected training effect.
