On 7th June 2013, Steel First Cut Ceremony for Petrobras MV26 Project Module Fabrication was held by BOMESC and MODEC&TOYO at the steel fabrication workshop of BOMESC Lingang yard. BOMESC President Mr. Peng Wencheng, Vice President Mr. Peng Wenge, Vice President Mr. Panther Qiu, Vice President Mr. Peter Wu, Vice President Mr. David Dai, Assistant to President / BOMESC MV26 Project Manager Mr. Qi Haiyu and MODEC & TOYO Topside EPC Manager Kono San, Deputy EPC Manager Yumita San, Marine EPCI Manager Mr. Andy Lau with their project teams jointed the ceremony.

This project consists 4 process modules, 6 piperacks and 12 riser modules. Total weight of the modules is 6,500MT approximately. Final completion date is May 204. The ceremony indicates project coming to an important milestone – Fabrication Starts.
