On April 12, through the platform set up by the TEDA Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, more than 40 students and teachers from School of Materials Science and Engineering, Nankai University, including Li Gang, the Deputy Secretary of the School Communist Party and the Vice President, Yang Xiaoying, the Secretary of the School Communist Youth League Committee, Dong Yue, the Deputy Secretary of the School Communist Youth League Committee, and Li ZHuo, the Secretary of the Doctoral Party Branch visited BOMESC for exchange, and both parties established the university-enterprise cooperative relationship. After the signing of Employment Practice Base Agreement and the Award Ceremony, Xie Hongjun, the Financial Director delivered an important speech. Director Xie firstly expressed the gratitude to the TEDA HR & Social Security Bureau for building the bridge of university-enterprise cooperation and for the visit of the teachers and students from Nanjing University. Director Xie said that the establishment of university-enterprise cooperative relationship with the university could not only timely and accurately feed the enterprise's demand for talents back to the colleges and universities training talents, but also directly participate in the whole process of talent training and jointly develop training objectives, curriculum setting and training content with the colleges and universities, so as to effectively improve the pertinence and applicability of talent training, achieve the purpose of improving talent training quality, and promote the in-depth reform of talent training mode!
